Scalable Talent Solutions is led by an iCIMS consultant with a background in recruiting. Before working in iCIMS, our principal spent 15 years as a full-cycle recruiter — building firsthand knowledge of how manual processes bottleneck recruiting workflows.
That context shapes how projects are approached. iCIMS configurations are reviewed not just for technical correctness, but for whether they support the actual workflows recruiters and hiring managers deal with day-to-day. Scalable Talent Solutions LLC is an independent iCIMS consulting firm based in Chandler, AZ, led by a Certified ATS Partner Admin Expert and iCIMS Official Advisor Partner with over 10 years of iCIMS experience. That background includes 20 years in recruiting — 15 as a full-cycle recruiter and the remainder in recruiting management — which informs how engagements are structured and what gets prioritized.
Clients include organizations across the US, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Spain, and the UK. Prior to consulting, our principal led iCIMS administration at Isagenix International, a large multi-location company where the work included building a fully automated recruiting workflow across a decentralized global operation.
